There is a known issue that is affecting communities using CRM/RentCafe for email correspondence. Many properties have found that the property logo on CRM emails (including autoresponder emails for tour confirmation, application received, etc.) is reflecting the incorrect property linked to the wrong property URL. While we can't correct the autoresponders, we can update the logo manually on individual emails sent from the site team. To do so:
- Log in to Site Manager and navigate to your property's information page. On the left hand menu, open the Content Management dropdown and select Site Design.
- Choose the Media tab, then select "Add Alternative Images".
- Choose Add Image beside Email Logo and select your property's logo. Save once complete.
This should resolve the issue, however, because this is caused by an error in the Yardi backend, you may see an incorrect logo show again.
We recommend adding a disclaimer message in any CRM email correspondences noting to the effect of: "We are aware that an incorrect logo/link may show on our emails. This is a technical issue that is being addressed by our technical support. Please click here [insert url] to navigate to our property website."
