If you are having trouble submitting a Yardi Help Ticket, there are two steps to take before an agent can assist.
1. Please clear your cache, log out and back in. If you are using Google Chrome, linked are instructions on how to clear your cache successfully. If you are using Microsoft Edge, linked are instructions on how to clear your cache successfully.
2. Ensure your internet browser is up to date. You will see an alert symbol in the upper right hand corner, allow the browser to update, clear your cache, log back into Yardi and attempt a Yardi Help Ticket.
If the error persists, please respond to your original Yardi Ticket or e-mail to your Operations Agent with a full screenshot (including the time and date stamp in the bottom right corner and the URL at the time).
