In order to schedule a blackout for your property, you will want to first navigate to CRM IQ. Once you are in CRM IQ, click "Add New" under the property calendar.
Tip: If you have a property list, ensure you are editing blackouts for one property at a time by selecting the specific property at the top of your agent dashboard.
Double-check the property and then select "Property Blackout" as the event type. Select whether the blackout is reoccurring or one-time.
After you have saved the property blackout event, you can then review your calendar to ensure everything looks correct.
You have successfully created a blackout. Blackouts periods will prevents prospects from scheduling tours online during the time specified. If you need to edit or delete a blackout, simply click on the blackout period and edit the event. Reoccurring blackout periods CAN be edited as a single event or edited as an entire series.
