In order to schedule a blackout for your property, you will want to first navigate to CRM. Once you are in CRM, click your property name on the left-hand pane.
Then navigate to CRM Settings > Property Calendar
Once you are in the property calendar you then have the option to schedule a one-time or reoccurring blackout period. Click the one that best pertains to your situation.
Add your specific date(s) and duration you would like the blackout to be for. Enter your notes and click "Save".
You have successfully created a blackout! You can now review your scheduled blackouts in your property calendar. If you need to edit a blackout, simply click on the blackout period and edit the event. As a side note, reoccurring blackout periods CAN be edited as a single event or edited as an entire series.
