You may come across an error where a lease agreement for an approved applicant is showing the incorrect rent. This error usually stems from the "Quoted Rent" field located under Rental Terms.
Ensure the "Quoted Rent" field shows the rent amount needed. Please note, changing other fields on the Rental Terms tab will automatically update the quoted rent, if you need to change the lease dates or term, ensure the quoted rent is also correct after making the adjustments.
After saving the quoted rent, it is a good idea to reset and resave the charges on the All Charges tab. Navigate to All Charges and select "Reset Charges", if the button is not available you will click "Save and Continue" at the bottom of the screen and then "Reset Charges" option will become available.
Once you have reset the charges ensure all charges that are needed are selected and accurate. Now go back to the Manage Lease tab and the rent amount should populate correctly, you may need to select "Recalculate Fields" in order for the updated rent to pull in.
