To get started with the Mobile Maintenance App please follow the below steps! 

 

1. Navigate to Yardi Voyager, then Roles > Voyager 7S Training Videos > Maintenance Management
> Maintenance Management (iOS)

 

2. You can generate a QR code using Mobile Connection Settings for team members under the maintenance role.

 

3. Mobile App Credentials are as follows:

• DATABASE

ALIAS: Live

CREDENTIAL NAME: Live

SERVER: pysrkkfac_live

NAME: pysrkkfac_live

PLATFORM: Sql Server

 

• WEB ADDRESS 

ALIAS: Server1

SERVER: www.yardiaspla2.com

WEBSHARE: 58288affinity

 

4. From there, please login with your Yardi username given by Operations. If you have not received your Yardi username, please e-mail the Operation team members, Ashley Hickey [email protected], Madison Arruiza [email protected], and Olivia Gutierrez, [email protected].
