If the Oven/ Range Control Panel / Display is not lighting up it could be a problem with the thermal fuse or the control board, try these troubleshooting techniques.

Test all of the functions on the oven including the range burners, bake and broil functions.  If nothing happens it is possible its a problem with the incoming power, test the power source and try a breaker reset.

Press the clock button for about 5 seconds to reset the display.  If these did not resolve the issue continue through the troubleshoot tips below and check out the video!

Have the following tools handy to continue troubleshooting:

Screwdriver

Nutdriver

Multimeter

Gloves

Safety first- disconnect the power at the breaker

You will need to slide the range out and unplug.

Remove the cover panel which is typically screwed in place, by removing screws then lift up to remove the panel

Test the fuses for continuity using the multimeter by disconnecting the wires and checking each terminal, if the terminal for the fuse does not register replace the fuse

Check the wires leading to the terminal board, test for continuity and look for frayed or damages wire.  You may have to repair or replace the wire or wire harness.

If this is not the issue, it may be the control board, check the board and the cost of the board replacement.  Depending on the age of the appliance and the cost of replacement a new stove may need to be considered.
