If you are locked out or cannot get into your Yardi account - no worries! We have the solution.
Please go to the Yardi Homepage and hit "forgot password". This will then ask for your Yardi username. Please input your username there and hit SUBMIT. You should receive an email directly from YardiOne Security ([email protected]). This can sometimes go to your SPAM/JUNK email file. The email link is only valid for 30-minutes. If the link expired, please follow the previous steps!
If the reset link does not come to your email, we've got a solution for that! Please reply to your initial ticket and an Operations team member will be able to further assist you. Please do know that this will require you to be at your desktop during the next troubleshooting step.
