Setup / Rentable Items / Find Rentable Items:  Select Type

Click "Unrentable".  Modify description if desired.

 

 

 

NON-RESIDENT LESSEE

Left menu > Residents > Add Non-Resident Lessee

Enter property and submit

Enter as much information as you have

No need for Lease to date

Save

 

Manage Rentable Items

Resident Screen > Functions > Manage Rentable Items

Enter Lease From date for appropriate item.  Click Add.

Prorate partial month item rent if necessary

 

To stop renting item to Non-Resident Lessee

Enter Notice

Move out

Deposit Accounting

 

REVIEWING RENTABLE ITEMS

Residential Analytics:  Report Type:  Rentable Items Directory OR Rentable Items Availability

 

Rentable Items reports just above the RESCRM reports…
