Resident Unit Transfer Requests

For unit transfers, please complete the Unit Transfer Request Form attached prior to submitting a Yardi Help ticket. Portfolio Manager approval must be included before the unit transfer can be scheduled.

 

Please note that unit transfers are not to be done due to resident request, i.e. if moving to a larger apartment due to space. Unit transfers are scheduled upon management request for situations outside of the resident's control - fire, flood, legal/resident concerns, etc. For transfers done upon resident request, a new application and screening must be done for the new apartment with a separate security deposit.

 

The security deposit will not transfer until the deposit accounting is completed for the old unit. If the security deposit does not transfer, please contact your property accountant with the unit transfer details.
