1. In Yardi Voyager, go to Residential role > Unit Pricing > Specials > Update Specials. Search for the property and select Unit Type Specials, then hit the new item button:

3. Once completed, verify that waived security deposit charges are added to the application charges on the unit types. Copy to other unit types as needed:
