We are so excited that you've found a new vendor to collaborate with.  In order to ensure we are complying with all compliance guidelines for your property's loan we must take a few steps to verify the insurance and licensing of each vendor that works with your building.  The attached flyer and Certificate of Insurance Guide and helpful information to share with the new vendor.  They can also be found here: VendorCafe Flyer and Affinity COI Instructions .  You can also find a video on the process here: Vendor Shield + Vendor Cafe. 

 

You will need to complete a New Vendor Invite Ticket, please fill out all of the fields on the ticket completely:

 I have verified that the Vendor is not in Yardi by searching the search bar in APM Vendor Cafe using the top search field

 I have included PM approval or have cc'd my PM on the ticket

 Vendor W-9 Attached

 If you were given approval by your PM to use Vendor prior to compliance check please attach invoice

 

You will also need the following:

Vendor Name

Vendor Email Address ( make sure that this person will be able to obtain Insurance & Licensing Documents)

Vendor Phone Number

Property they will be completing work at

 

Compliance is usually completed in 3-5 business days once all of the paperwork is completed by the vendor.  Please encourage your vendor to complete as quickly and thoroughly as possible!

 

Insurance Requirements vary based on the category of work being completed. Please make sure that the categories selected accurately reflect the type of work being completed.
