- CRM IQ > communications > campaigns. Ensure your property is selected.
- Top blue button click ‘create campaign’
- Select your audience (if you have a resident audience you do not need to create a new one each time. The system automatically updates the resident list each time the status changes to resident)
- Click next
- Select email. Click next
- Select ‘emergency maintenance on call procedures’. Click next.
- Enter subject line
- Ensure you click ‘preview email’ prior to sending to confirm contact information and content is accurate for your property.
- Click send now
