Using the CRM IQ On Call Email Template

  1. CRM IQ > communications > campaigns. Ensure your property is selected.
  2. Top blue button click ‘create campaign’
  3. Select your audience (if you have a resident audience you do not need to create a new one each time. The system automatically updates the resident list each time the status changes to resident)
  4. Click next
  5. Select email. Click next
  6. Select ‘emergency maintenance on call procedures’. Click next.
  7. Enter subject line
  8. Ensure you click ‘preview email’ prior to sending to confirm contact information and content is accurate for your property.
  9. Click send now
