You may come across an issue where a resident or applicant is unable to sign a lease document through their portal. If you are unable to wait on a Yardi Help Ticket, you can send the signature request through Bluemoon directly.

First, ensure the lease or form has been finalized in CRM IQ. Next, login to Bluemoon at https://bluemoonforms.com/?p=login&type=standard . If you need Bluemoon credentials, please submit a Yardi Help Ticket or reach out to your Ops team member.

Once you are logged in navigate to "Manage Esignatures", under manage esignatures find the resident name of the lease record that was finalized.

*There may be multiple lease records for one resident, you will need to click through to find which lease record needs to be signed. You can view the document by selecting the three dots next to the resident's name > view esignature> lease package > view PDF

Once you have found the record, go to "View Esignature" by clicking the three dots next to the resident's name:

Request the resident's signature by clicking the three dots > Resend eSignature. You will then need to enter in either an email or phone number.

The resident will follow the link sent to their email or phone to sign. There is an expiration on the link so instruct them to sign promptly, you can always send another request if the first one times out.

Once the lease is signed, you will need to countersign/execute the lease through Bluemoon. Go back to Manage Esignatures, find the lease record, and click "Ready to Execute".

After executing, download the agreement and attach it to the resident's attachments in CRM IQ. Navigate to the documents tab on their profile and mark the document as manually signed/complete.
