To cancel a scheduled renewal in CRM IQ navigate to the Renewals dashboard:

On the righthand side click on the scheduled renewals icon:

You will then have the ability to cancel any renewal proposals that are currently scheduled by clicking the "Cancel" button:

To cancel a selected renewal proposal where the document has not been fully signed, go to the resident's profile. Under General go to "Lease Info", "Lease Renewal".

You will then have the option to cancel the selected proposal:
