Earnest Money Troubleshooting - if you notice that earnest money is not automatically pulled upon approval of an application please follow the steps below:

  • Preview the applicant's portal from CRM IQ then check if earnest money successfully pulls afterward

  • Check the payments dashboard (credit card and EFT) for any failed payments
  • Submit a ticket if you have completed the steps above and are still unsure about an earnest money error

*Please be sure to only approve applicants in CRM IQ directly, approving in Voyager will result in earnest money function failure
