CRM IQ Getting Started Agent Settings

Welcome to CRM IQ.

 

To Setup you Agent account click on the circle with your initials  in the upper right hand corner.  Choose My Profile from the dropdown menu.

 

Set your Default Property: This can be a property list or your primary property.

 

Set your phone routing .

To allow push notifications toggle on the In-App Notifications

 

Your calls may be routed to your desktop or laptop as long as you have microphone and speakers available. You may select CRM IQ to ring to your computer.

 

To have calls ring to a phone, please select the property phone number. 

 

Email Signature, please include:

 

Name

Title

Property Name

Property Address

Property Phone number and Fax number ( if applicable)

Property Website

 

Set E-Signature

 

Please select and read the terms and conditions by clicking on the blue hyperlink.  You must read and agree to the terms to use the e-signature feature. 

 

After you have agreed to the terms the option to either design your own signature or choose a preset script will become available.  Select and Save.

 

Now your Agent is fully configured!
