There may be incidences where you are needing to create a Bluemoon form or notice for a unit not currently listed in Bluemoon. This is a common occurrence for properties Affinity has recently took management over.

To create the notice or form, you can simply create blank lease records in Bluemoon for the missing units. To do so, navigate to Bluemoon and to your property.

You will want to click "Create Lease", type in the unit you are wanting to create the notice for and then click "Create New Record".

Then, fill in the unit number and the corresponding resident names and click "Save".

You can then create a notice or form through Bluemoon for this resident!
