When a position becomes available, either through the creation of a new position or the need to fill a current position arises you will need to submit a New Hire Request Form 

 

External Recruitment Process

 

  • Our Recruiter will post the open position, review and phone screen external candidates.
  • Top candidates will be emailed to the Hiring Manager ( Portfolio Manager or Property Manager) for interview scheduling.
  • Our Recruiter schedules the interview with the selected applicants and will send Outlook calendar invites to the Portfolio Manager and the Property Manager with the resume and questionaire guide.
  • The Interview(s) are conducted by the hiring manager ( Portfolio Manager or Property Manager)
  • The Hiring decision should be communicated to the Recruiter for production of the offer letter.
  • The Recruiter will communicate with the applicant regarding the offer letter and next steps for onboarding.
  • One the decision has been received by the applicant the Recruiter will communicate this to the Hiring Manager ( Portfolio Manager and/or Property Manager)
