Client Requested Vendor
From time to time the client may have a vendor they wish to partner with that is not currently approved in our system. We will work to expedite the compliance process, please request a copy of the following and submit directly to your accounts payable contact, accountant and portfolio manager.
Documents needed
- Copy of certificates of insurance
- Copy of W-9
- Vendor Contact Information
If insurance information is not available and the work is being completed with Affinity's oversight please contact your portfolio manager. There is a waiver the client will need to execute before payment is issued.
